Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@hoiltd.com or call 020 8150 7575. As our products ship directly from our authorised distribution partners (Lenovo and Westcoast), the return address will be confirmed upon approval of your return request. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or activated software licences (including Microsoft licences)
Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
Items missing original packaging or accessories
Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@hoiltd.com.

Manufacturer Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (Lenovo/Microsoft). Defective items outside the 30-day return window may be replaced or repaired under warranty terms. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer after the return window has closed.

UK Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
