Our products are shipped directly from our authorized distribution partners, Lenovo and Westcoast, to ensure product authenticity and quality. Shipping times and methods vary depending on the specific product and its availability at our distribution centers.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available for select products - please contact us for inquiries.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by product and supplier availability:

  • In-Stock Items: 3-7 business days
  • Build-to-Order/Custom Configurations: 7-14 business days
  • Special Order Items: Up to 14 business days or longer

Please note: Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page. Actual delivery may vary based on: product availability at the distribution center, manufacturing lead time for custom configurations, your delivery location, carrier schedules, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight and dimensions, delivery address, and selected shipping method.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. However, some products may require additional processing time:

  • Custom configurations may take 5-10 business days to build before shipping
  • Special order items are processed upon confirmation from our distribution partner

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, carrier information, and estimated delivery date. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Carriers

Our distribution partners use trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and other reputable courier services depending on the product and destination.

Delivery Issues

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery
  • Report any damage within 48 hours to info@hoiltd.com
  • We'll coordinate with the carrier and arrange replacement or refund

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • Carrier will leave a notice with collection instructions
  • Packages may be held at local depot for collection
  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

Important Notes

  • Products ship directly from Lenovo or Westcoast facilities
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees
  • Custom-built systems require additional manufacturing time
  • Shipping times exclude weekends and public holidays
  • We'll notify you if your order experiences unexpected delays
  • PO Box addresses may not be accepted for certain items
  • Signature may be required for high-value items
